Fred Ahlert

Fred Ahlert’s background spans close to 42 years of residential construction and remodeling. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Fred relocated to Colorado in 1979 with a degree in construction management from Ranken Technical College. His expertise comes from hands-on experience ranging from construction superintendent to vice president. He ultimately founding CCM in 1999. When Fred isn’t working he enjoys time with his wife and four grandkids. A recent project he completed was a 12×10 treehouse for the grandkids. His hobbies include tinkering in his woodshop, boating and four wheeling.

Melissa Lambrecht

Melissa Lambrecht joined CCM while working her way toward a degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State College in Denver, which she received in December 2006. Her expertise lies in new project development, marketing and project management for the company. Melissa is actively involved with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver serving on the Remodeling / Custom Builder’s Council for the last 8 years. In Melissa’s free time she enjoys watching her son play baseball and soccer and running her daughter to dance class. As a family they enjoy boating, playing at the park and Rockies games.
